Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to fish stocking licences, licence to collect fish from Ontario waters, commercial fishing licences, commercial bait licences, licence to collect fish for scientific purposes, licence to transport live fish and licence to transport live fish. The text consists of 40 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sport fishing licences (I); Aquaculture (II); Buying or selling fish, frogs and leeches and related licences (III); Miscellaneous (IV). The Regulation is completed by 5 Schedules.
