Abstract

The present Ordinance regulates the examination of fish products before placing them on the market and related controlling measures concerning certain substances and products, as well as the residues in products of acquaculture destined for human consumption. Part 2 deals with veterinary examination of fish products before placing them on the market. Part 3 concerns, inter alia, controls carried out by the competent authorities; regulations for production plants and their self-control, and measures to be taken in case of violation. The Ordinance consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts and 1 Annex.
