The Governor-in-Council may make regulations in respect of registration of vessels, fishing gear, landing and storage, distribution and sale of fish, ports, fish markets and licence requirements (sect. 3). Sections 4 and 5 regulate fishing and landing of fish by foreign boats. Section 6 regulates the importation of frozen, canned or otherwhise preserved fish.
