Abstract

This Order requires a person who carries on a business of fish farming to compile and keep for three years in respect of each site at which fish is farmed, records: (a) in relation to the prevention, control and reduction of parasites on fish farms; (b) in relation to the containment, prevention of escape and recovery of fish from fish farms. The records required are specified in Schedules 1and 2 of these Regulations.
