Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 18 March 1998.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the control of fish disease. Article 1 establishes that whoever holds freshwater fish listed in Annex 1 has to notify this to the competent authority. The text consists of 4 articles and 2 Annexes.
