Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 29 November 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the prevention of freshwater fish disease, mussel disease and to the creation of unpolluted fish farms and areas. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Authorization and registration of fish farms (2); Duty of fish farmers and other responsible persons (3); Monitoring, protected area, prohibition of vaccination (4); Special provisions on the marketing and transport of fish (5); Special provisions on protection (6); Penalties, violations (7).
