Abstract The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Article 2 establishes that fish farmers must keep a register. Furthermore, the Ordinance establishes as follows: transport has to be carried out in special vehicles and containers; fish farmers must have all fish examined yearly by a veterinary; regular disinfection has to take place.
