Abstract

An Ordinance to implement EU fishing rights in Germany. All the relevant EU regulatons laying down technical measures for the conservation of fishery resources are listed at the outset. Articles 2 and 3 deal respectively with the implementation of certain controlling measures on transport organization and of certain prohibitions of fishing of herring. Furthermore, the Ordinance deals with fishing gear, mesh sinze, minimum size of fish and vessel constructions. The Ordinance consists of 9 articles
