Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Forestry Law for Baden-Württemberg. In particular, the Ordinance lays down principles for periodic operational planning and the annual operational planning and execution of corporate forest management planning under article 20, paragraph 1 and articles 50 and 51 of the aforementioned Forestry Law.
