The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 1977.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Forestry Law for Baden-Württemberg. In particular, the Ordinance lays down principles for periodic operational planning and the annual operational planning and execution of corporate forest management planning under article 20, paragraph 1 and articles 50 and 51 of the aforementioned Forestry Law. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (1); Periodic operational planning (2); Yearly operational planning (3); Entry into force (4).
