Abstract The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Rheinland-Pfalz Animal Disease Law of 24 June 1986, the Federal Animal Disease Act in its version of 28 March 1980 (BGBl. I p. 386) and the Cattle Transport Ordinance of 23 April 1982 (BGBl. I p. 503. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correction enforcement of the afore-mentioned Acts. The text consists of 22 articles.
