I p. 1814). In particular, the Act rewords the long title of the Act which should read: “Act implementing the European Community Regulation on quality regulations of guaranteed traditional specialities and facultative quality.” Furthermore, article 1 is reworded concerning the transposition of the Regulation (EU) No. 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 November 2012 on quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs; and article 2 on Application and claim process. The Act adds also an article 3a on Prohibition of illegal use of a protected name. The text consists of 3 articles.
