Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Plant Protection Act (BGBl. I p. 2591; 1976 I S. 1059). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to protective measures against the spreading of firelight. Article 2 establishes that whoever suspects the existence of fire blight must report it at once to the competent local authority. The text consists of 11 articles.
