Abstract The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Foodstuff Labelling Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 2464) in its consolidated version of 15 September 1999. In particular, it amends article 1 dealing with ready-made packaging for foodstuff; it rewords article 10 establishing that whoever brings into circulation foodstuff contrary to the provisions of the Codex Alimentarius, shall be subject to penalties. Furthermore, it amends Annex 10 dealing with food ingredients capable of causing allergies and other reactions. The text consists of 2 articles.
