Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the circulation of fertilizers, soil nutrients, soil substrates and plant protection substances. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Definition of terms (1); Sphere of application (2); Approval of different kinds of fertilizers (3); Marketing of fertilizers, soil nutrients, soil substrates and plant protection substances (4); Requirements for pests and plant hygiene (5); Requirements for marking and labelling (6); Tolerances (7); Penalties (8); Transitional provisions (9); Entry into force; repeal of exising legislation (10). Two Annexes are included.
