Abstract

The Ordinance lists in Annex 1 the authorized types of fertilizers and its requirements. Fertilizers are admitted for marketing only if their content of heavy metal does not exceed the established maximum amounts indicated in article 2. Moreover, they have to be packed and labelled according to certain requirements. The Ordinance consists of 28 articles and 2 Annexes.
