The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1999.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions on the levying of fees relating to the enforcement of the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983, to the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Water Protection Act of 8 June 1997 and to the Introductory Law on environment protection of 2 December 2001. The text consists of 9 articles.
