Animal feed may be produced only in authorized plants. A plant is authorized by the competent authority if it complies with the guidelines of the Market No. 90/667/EW. The competent local authorities have to report to the Federal Minister the plants having been authorized. Finally, cases of violation of the Ordinance are listed.
