Abstract

The Ordinance applies to plants producing animal feed from animal corpses, parts of animal corpses and from products of animal origin. Animal feed may be produced only in authorized plants. A plant is authorized by the competent authority if it complies with the guidelines of the Market No. 90/667/EW. The competent local authorities have to report to the Federal Minister the plants having been authorized. Finally, cases of violation of the Ordinance are listed. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
