They apply to feeding stuffs for livestock animals, farmed fish and pet animals, as specified in regulation 3. The Regulations: (a) control the labelling or marking of pre-mixtures of additives (9); (b) provide for packaging and sealing (12); (c) provide for names for the purposes of section 70 of the Agriculture Act; (d) regulate and restrict the marketing of feeding stuffs containing additives or other certain other substances (14, 15 and 16); (e) make special provision for iron content in milk replacer feeds (17); (f) provide for inspection (22).
