Abstract

These Regulations: (a) amend the Feeding Stuffs (England) Regulations 2005 by inserting a provision requiring the percentage of each feed material contained in a compound feed to be declared, within a specified tolerance, on the label of the compound feed or on an accompanying document; (b) revoke a provision in the Feeding Stuffs Regulations 2000 requiring the exact percentage of each feed material in a compound feed to be disclosed to customers on request; (c) revoke provisions of the Feeding Stuffs, the Feeding Stuffs (Sampling and Analysis) and the Feeding Stuffs (Enforcement) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2003.
