The Feeding Stuffs (Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1999 are amended, as far as Wales is concerned, to reflect changes in Community legislation concerning Member States' obligations to ensure that sampling and analysis carried out in pursuit of official controls follows prescribed Community methods.
