Abstract These Regulations amend the Feeding Stuffs (Wales) Regulations 2001 and the Feeding Stuffs (Enforcement) Regulations 1999 insofar as they apply to Wales. The Regulations implement specified Community legislation. They: (a) modify measures on the marketing of compound feedstuffs and the circulation of feed materials (reg. 6); (b) modify measures on the control of compound feeding stuffs to prohibit the use of material from waste treatment processes (reg. 10); (c) add the three new (directly applicable) Commission Regulations here specified to the list, in Part IX of Schedule 3 to the Feeding Stuffs (Wales) Regulations 2001 (reg. 14).
