The Rules are divided into ten parts as follows: (I) Preliminary; (II) Application for Land; (III) Premium; (IV) Rent; (V) Temporary Occupation of Land; (VI) Removal of Rock Material; (VII) Permit to Use Air Space; (VIII) Sale of Federal Land By Auction; (IX) Compounding of Offences; (X) Miscellaneous.
