Abstract

These Rules, which have been adopted in accordance with Sections 14 and 445 of the National Land Code, make provision as regards application for land, disposal of land and matters connected therewith within the federal territory of Kuala Lumpur. The Rules are divided into ten parts as follows: (I) Preliminary; (II) Application for Land; (III) Premium; (IV) Rent; (V) Temporary Occupation of Land; (VI) Removal of Rock Material; (VII) Permit to Use Air Space; (VIII) Sale of Federal Land By Auction; (IX) Compounding of Offences; (X) Miscellaneous. The Schedules attached contain the forms in which the applications hereby referred shall be made.
