Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Mining Competence Ordinance of 5 May 1994 and the Federal Mining Act (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 and 2 establish that the Mining Office of Stralsund and the Ministre of Economy are entrusted with the execution of the federal minig legislation. The text consists of 4 articles.
