Abstract The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act, in its version of 5 July 2001 (BGBl. I p. 2026) and the Federal Mining Act of 13 August (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees to be levied for specific official acts carried out by the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency.
