Entry into force notes

This Federal Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 42 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The procedure for conducting sanitary-epidemiological examinations, investigations, surveys, studies, tests, toxicological, hygienic and other types of assessments of compliance with sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements, as well as the issuance of sanitary and epidemiological certificates by the outcome thereof shall be established by the federal executive body, performing federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision”.
