Abstract Article 21 determines that hunting authorization is issued to natural persons who have reached 16 years of age, not recognized as incompetent, not having outstanding or unexpunged conviction for committing an intentional crime, not deprived of the right to hunt. Hunting permit is a document of unified federal standard without restrictions on the territory and period of its validity, has a registration series and number, is subject to registration by the executive authority of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the state hunting register and is recognized as valid from the date of entry of information about it into the state hunting register. Article 37 (2) establishes that state information system in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources is constituted, developed and operated in order to increase the efficiency of state management in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources, transfer of such information to interested parties, forms of exchange of such information are established by the authorized federal executive body.
