Entry into force notes

This Federal Law enters into force on 1 January 2016.

Abstract

Article 50.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to ensure conservation of anadromous fish species on migratory routes to spawning grounds shall be prohibited the use of drifting fishnets in the process of industrial fisheries, scientific research fisheries, control and coastal fisheries in the internal waters, territorial sea and EEZ of the Russian Federation”.
