Abstract

Federal Law No. 187-FZ on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation shall be supplemented with Article 13.1 regarding fisheries in the continental shelf: «Fisheries in the continental shelf shall be carried out by the Russian natural and legal persons from the fishing vessels flying the Russian flag and by the foreign natural and legal persons in accordance with the international fisheries agreements concluded by the Russian Federation in conformity with Federal Law No. 166-FZ on fisheries
