Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Emission Act in its version of 26 September 2002 (BGBl. I p. 3830) and the Petrol Lead Act of 5 August 1971 (BGBl. I p.1234). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Pollution protection authorities (1); General competences(2); Administrative provisions (3); Application of the Hazardous Incident Ordinance and the Federal Emission Act in operational areas (4); Entry into force (5).
