Abstract

The present Federal Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Waste Management Act 2002 (BGBl. I, No.102/2002). In particular, the Act amends Annex 6 concerning the list of hazardous substances. Moreover, article 13 dealing with implementation of EU-legislation is added.
