I, No.102/2002). Inter alia, the Tabe of Contents is amended; as well as article 8 establishing that the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources has to put forward every five year a waste management plan. Morevoer, an article 8a on Environmental monitoring and an article 8b on Transboundary consultation for environmental monitoring are added.
