In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 3 concerning feedstuff for special groups; article 5 establishing that it is prohibited to place or advertise food with information that is misleading, in particular with regard to the characteristics of the food such as type, identity, composition, quantity; article 8 on Reporting of food for special groups; and article 106 dealing with the implementation of EU-directives into Austrian legislation.
