Abstract

This Regulation places restrictions on hunting and fishing in the Tonda Wildlife Management Area. These Rules do not apply to persons who hold customary rights to take or kill fauna within the Area. A person shall not take or kill any fauna in the Area unless: (a) he or she is the holder of a licence under article 4 of this Regulation; and (b) he or she is accompanied by a guide who is a person who holds customary rights to take or kill fauna within the Area. A licence shall be issued for the hunting of specified fauna.
