Abstract

This Regulation prohibits hunting of wild fowl and places restrictions on the taking of eggs and provide for the protection of the nesting burrow of the wild fowl in the Pokili Wildlife Management Area. A person, other than a person who has traditional egg harvesting rights within the Area, shall not take or disturb any eggs in the Area. A person who has traditional egg harvesting rights within the Area may take eggs only from that part of the Area to which his traditional egg harvesting rights apply. A person shall not take or damage any tree or plant in the Area within 1,000 m of an egg-burrow.
