A person, other than a person who has traditional egg harvesting rights within the Area, shall not take or disturb any eggs in the Area. A person who has traditional egg harvesting rights within the Area may take eggs only from that part of the Area to which his traditional egg harvesting rights apply. A person shall not take or damage any tree or plant in the Area within 1,000 m of an egg-burrow.
