Abstract

This Regulation prohibits the taking or killing of fauna and some other activities the Mojirau Wildlife Management Area. A person, other than a person who has customary rights to take or kill fauna in the Area, shall not take or kill fauna in the Area. Subject to any other legislation, shotguns may be used to take or kill fauna, other than protected fauna, only by persons having customary rights to take or kill fauna in the Area.
