A person, who has customary rights to take or kill fauna in the Area may take or kill fauna only in the parts of the Area to which his or her customary rights apply and only customary methods of taking and killing fauna shall be used in the Area. In particular, no commercially manufactured fishing nets or kerosene or hurricane lamps shall be used in connection with the taking or killing of fauna.
