Abstract

These Regulations shall apply to persons subject to a customary law resident on State Land in the Kgalagadi and Ghanzi districts in respect of hunting on State Land in the district in which they reside. They prohibit the hunting of any animal listed in the Schedule without a licence and lay down some other rules relative to hunting by residents and in particular in relation to killing or injuring of animals causing damage to any livestock or for purposes of self-defence.
