Abstract

These Regulations prescribe forms that shall be used for the purposes of the Fauna Conservation Act, prescribe a form for distinctive marks for ivory and rhinoceros horn marked under the provisions of section 67 of the Act at the Wildlife Department Office and defines powers of honorary game officers. The forms concern importation and exportation of wildlife species and trophies, a bird hunting licence, a trophy dealer’s licence, a professional guide licence and the ivory register.
