Abstract

A permit issued in terms of section 34 of the Fauna Conservation Proclamation and authorising the capturing of any animal shall specify: (a) the species of animal; (b) the number of such species which may be captured in accordance with the permit. Fees for the capture of animals are prescribed in respect of each animal species in the Schedule.
