Abstract

This Act empowers the Minister for the time being charged with responsibility for external trade to make, from time to time, Regulations prescribing grades and standards of quality for any produce intended for export, not being produce for export purchased by the relevant Commodity Board. "Produce", for purposes of this Act, has the meaning assigned to it by section 3 of the Produce (Enforcement of Export Standards) Act.
