Abstract

These Regulations specify in the Schedule species of live fish that shall not be exported (Part I), species of fish that shall be exported alive only with a licence issued by the Director of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (Part II), and species of fish that shall not be imported alive (Part III). Part IV of the Schedule contains the form of application for a licence, and the licence itself shall be in form B of the same Part. Regulations 7 allows re-exportation of live fish imported under a permit issued by the Director. Forms of (the application for) such permits are also to be found in the Schedule.
