I No. 38/1999). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the equipment and protective systems for designated use in potentially explosive atmosphere. Article 4 establishes that products may only be placed on the market and put into service, if they comply with appropriate installations and maintenance instructions of the present Ordinance.
