Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to royalties for wells. Section 2 establishes the amount of royalty to be computed, levied and collected by the Crown in right of Alberta on oil sands sold or otherwise disposed of during each month without processing or treatment and on all products obtained from such oil sands and sold. The text consists of 6 sections.
