Abstract

This Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries provides for extension of the existing fishing rights that were set for renewal during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The exemption is granted by the Deputy General of Fisheries Management as delegated by the Minister for all fishing grants including those granted to specified cooperatives for specified fisheries as set out in the respective Grant of Right letters.
