Abstract

This Order, made under section 41 (3) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, section 84(4)(b) of the Energy Act 2004, and section 1(5)(b) of the Energy Act 2008, designates the area defined in its Schedule as the areas within which the rights under Part V of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea are excisable by the United Kingdom (the EEZ of the United Kingdom).
