Abstract

This Excecutive Regulation is made by the Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality in view of Article 64 of the Soil Protection Act and in view of Articles 1c, second paragraph, 2a, fourth paragraph, 4b, first paragraph and 8a, first paragraph, of the Decree on the use of fertilizers. It concerns analysis of the soil and relative reporting and, among other things, regulates the application of specific types of organic fertilizer to agricultural land.
