Abstract

The scope of these Regulations is to transpose Commission Directive 2012/44/EU amending Commission Directive 2003/91/EC, as regards the minimum characteristics and the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties of vegetable species. Schedule I is substituted by the new Schedule in regulation 2 hereto, whilst Schedule II is replaced by the Schedule in regulation 3.
