Abstract

These provisions amend the Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species Regulations by replacing the texts in Schedules I and II. Schedule I lays down the list of genera and species of agricultural plants to which the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) guidelines apply; Schedule II lays down the list of genera and species of agricultural plants to which the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) guidelines apply.
