They prohibit placing on the market of any fishery or aquaculture product in contravention of Article 35(1), (2) or (3) of Regulation 1379/2013 in relation to mandatory information to be indicated to the final consumer or mass caterer. A person shall not include additional voluntary information on a fishery or aquaculture product unless in accordance with Article 39 of Regulation 1379/2013.
