Abstract

These Regulations implement Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products. They oblige suppliers of energy-related products regulated by an EU measure (listed in the Schedule to these Regulations) to supply an energy label and fiche together with the product. Dealers of energy-related products covered by an implementing measure shall ensure that an energy label is displayed properly to end-users for products offered for sale, hire or hire-purchase.
