They oblige suppliers of energy-related products regulated by an EU measure (listed in the Schedule to these Regulations) to supply an energy label and fiche together with the product. Dealers of energy-related products covered by an implementing measure shall ensure that an energy label is displayed properly to end-users for products offered for sale, hire or hire-purchase.
